Community by Dual Path
Every Dual Path Service and Everyone in Your Community, Connected
Dual Path runs the WiFi, the TVs, the phones and the IT support in senior living communities. Community is the platform that ties them together, along with your lobby screens, your website and everyone who lives and works in your community. Add an event once and it appears on residents' phones, the TVs, the lobby screens and your website. An announcement reaches residents, families and staff, and the important ones reach every TV and lobby screen too. All in your brand, and all managed from one place.
Residents, families, staff and the people thinking of moving in all use the same platform, and each sees what is meant for them. There are no passwords to remember. On a phone, tablet or computer, people sign in with their email or mobile number and one tap on the link we send.
Included With Select Residential Services
Community is included with select Dual Path residential services. There is no license fee, per resident or per community.
One Community, Not a Dozen Systems
Many communities run a resident app, a signage system, the TV system, the WiFi, a website calendar, a staff intranet and a help desk, each with its own login and its own copy of the calendar. Every event gets typed again and again, and every system has its own dashboard. Community ties that patchwork together in one connected platform.

Residents and Families
A resident's whole day is on one screen, in large type: community news, the next class, today's menu with a filter for their diet, and one button that calls the front desk. Signing up for an outing takes one tap, from a phone, a computer or the TV remote. Photos from community outings are there too, and each resident decides whether photos of them are shared. Family members see only what the resident chooses to share.
How It Connects Your Community
Part of the Community Before Move In Day
The day someone asks for a tour, your sales team can invite them in by email or text. They can see their visit plan, floor plans, the menu, things to do and every step to move in, and message your sales team in writing.
One Path From First Visit to Move In
A tour request from your website lands with your sales team, and on move in day the same sign in becomes the new resident's account, with nothing new to set up.

Built for Staff as Much as Residents
Each staff member's home screen shows what needs their attention first: handbook sign offs, today's visitors and quick surveys. The front desk sees who is visiting tomorrow, with whom, and what to have ready, and anyone can look up a coworker's extension and direct dial.
One Front Desk
The front desk can put a quick note on the lobby screens, like "The mail is here," and choose how long it stays up. A guest WiFi pass takes a few taps: a QR code and an easy password, set to expire automatically.
The Whole Community on One List
Executive directors get one Needs attention list instead of a dashboard for every system: full events with waitlists, announcements waiting for approval, maintenance requests waiting more than a few days, and residents who are coming to fewer activities.
One Announcement, Everywhere
Write it once and it reaches residents' phones, their families and your staff. The important ones go to the TV in every apartment and the lobby screens too.
